Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beauty by Ejoiner. If you book an appointment with us then you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions shown below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes in appointments can be accepted up to 48 hours before your appointment without incurring any cost. 10% of the total cost of your original appointment will be incurred if you cancel some or all of your treatment(s) between 24-48 hours before your booked appointment. 50% of the total cost of your original appointment will be incurred if you cancel some or all of your treatment(s) less than 24 hours before your booked appointment.

Treatment Prices

The prices of the treatments shown on the treatments page are subject to change without notice, although we do endeavour to inform you at the time of booking the current prices of all treatments which will be confirmed by your invoice.

Payment Policy

An invoice will be sent to your email address or postal address 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Invoices show the cost of the treatments that you have requested at the time of booking. Payment is by cash or cheque made payable to Emily Joiner.

Bridal Packages

50% of the total cost of the package must be paid on the day of the trial (this is non refundable and is the cost of the trial only) which can be paid in cash or by cheque made payable to Emily Joiner. The remaining 50% of the total cost must be paid in cash two weeks prior to the date of the wedding.
